You want it to be perfect, fit and look nice. Of course, who would want to give that bad impression of bad taste? We don’t. So here are the common mistakes and tips in buying indoor fountains for you to avoid them and get the best deal as possible.
Buy what you want right away. (Oh no!)
Plan what you want to buy, do not just throw your money and pick up a water fountain that you think appealing in the first glance. In choosing indoor water fountain takes time and there are a lot of things to consider after all.
Size does matter.
In choosing the right water fountain for your indoor design, choose the right size. If you have limited space choose an indoor water fountain that are small and still could provide you that water feature experience. When you are catering a big space then a pretty good size water fountain will be great. Whether you choose to have an indoor wall fountain, tabletop fountain or floor fountain consider the size of your fountain that will not overshadow other elements in your space.
Right Location means good visual experience.
If you have a low clearance in your space then probably a tall vertical floor fountain is not a good idea. It would eventually be an eye sore to visualize especially you got it mixed up with the room clearance and your floor fountain. For a space that has low room clearance a good wall fountain will be great. Placement is the key to make that good impact in the room, a water fountain alone could not do that. Place you water fountain in a good sight. A wall fountain looks great in a bare wall in replacement of paintings, portraits or other decors. Floor fountain looks great in high ceiling space and even can contribute as a room divider. A tabletop fountain can go along with small spaces and if you have a space where you can put it on top of a table or desk.
Mismatch looks awful.
Pick the right water fountain design that compliments your current interior designs. Don’t mix a contemporary designed indoor fountain with a classic look interior room and vice versa. Stick with what you already have in your room, unless you are into renovating your home interior design. Pick a nice theme and stick to that theme.
So hope you have a glimpse of what is in or not in picking your own indoor water fountain and hopefully you keep these tips in mind. Have fun shopping!
